Join my uplifting face to face classes at Glossopdale School, designed to help you build confidence, strength and wellbeing in a friendly supportive environment. 


Whether you're just starting your journey, or already love movement, there's a class option for everyone. 


Single Class: £6.95

4-Class Pass: £23

8-Class Pass: £43

Unlimited 6 month membership. Best value for regulars - unlimited classes and online access. £45 per month.


Passes can be purchased online via Gymcatch and class bundles and memberships are valid from the date purchased.


All sessions are beginner-friendly and adaptable to your pace.

My little black dress programme starts on 01/11. I’m running it slightly different this year and running it over 3 months, taking you into the New Year! 


Only 10 spaces for 10 motivated ladies.

Ladies Only Circuits (Tuesdays: 18:45 - 19:20)

 

* Want to workout without being overlooked by men? 

* Want a class where you can work at a level suitable for you? 

* Want a small group where coaching is key when using a variety of equipment such as weights, kettlebells and medicine balls so you know how to use the equipment safely and effectively? 

* Want to build your confidence and fitness when working out so you can progress to get the results you want? 


Our ladies only circuit class on a Tuesday is a multi structured class. It has sections of cardio (to build fitness), equipment such as kettlebells and hand weights to improve your strength and body resistance activities to help build endurance and help with everyday activities. 


Our bodies are designed to move, not feel stiff which can happen when we are inactive - and I know how hard taking the first step can be.

Clubbercise Hadfield (Tuesdays: 19:30 - 20:15)

When it doeesn't feel like you're exercising!  Want to jiggle & move without feeling self-conscious?  


Clubbercise® classes are taught in a darkened room with disco lights and our trademark LED glow sticks set to a soundtrack of old and new club hits. A fusion of dance, toning and combat moves with high/low impact options for all fitness levels, one class burns around 600 calories! 


Work up a sweat to club anthems from 90′s classics to the latest chart hits so the music is always a massive way motivational way to get you moving and keep you moving!  The routines are a mix of dance, toning and sometimes combat.  They are easy-to-follow and always have high or low impact options to suit all fitness levels.

✅ effective at high calorie burning to maximize weight loss and boost fitness quickly 

✅ exercise in the dark with disco light & glow sticks. Glow sticks help sculpt and tone your upper body! Theme is neon or white on our #Clubbercise nights!! 💛💚💛

Walkfit: Thursdays 18:45 - 19:00

Walkfit is an easy to follow, low impact exercise programme designed to get you moving! It is fantastic for those that are new to starting out, but also great for those that want an extra boost to their daily step count, and want to bag approximately 2k steps in by attending!  


This is an easy to follow walking / stepping sequences class with the aim to get us to achieve 1500 - 2000 steps  within 15 minutes. We'll be using different music every week to inspire us to move, burn calories, build

Move and Tone: Tums and Bums (Thursdays 19:05 - 19:40)

 

Move and Tone; Legs tums bums and other bits! 


This is a low impact conditioning class that focuses on the problem areas many ladies like to work on such as your bottom, hips, thighs, back of the legs, and tummy.


You are kept moving throughout this short but effective exercise session. Using simple yet effective moves, my Thursday night class will work you hard enough to get your heart rate in to the FAT BURNING ZONE while still getting you results over time. 


Session will use a variety of equipment (all provided) to maximize results.

Sunday Morning Total Body Workout 10:00 - 10:45

A fun full body session that blends cardio, strength and endurance. 


Expect energising sequences using body weight, resistance bands and light weights to challenge your body. 


You'll build strength, stamina and confidence - and leave feeling accomplished and uplifted.


All equipment is provided.

Sunday Morning Absolute Abs 10:45 - 11:00

Power up your core! This easy to follow session targets your abs and deeper core muscles to help improve posture, stability and  overall strength. 


Short, focused and effective - perfect for busy women who want real results in a small amount of time.  


A strong core is the foundation for everything from better posture to reduced back pain and improved confidence.
