What We Do

My Health Mission

I take your fitness goals seriously! I understand how hard it is to lose weight and tone up. I can help you overcome hurdles and help you reach your goals with fun, ladies only exercise classes (such as Clubbercise, Walkfit and Menofi), combined with bespoke lifestyle coaching which is ideal if you need extra support to reach your goals. 

Experience and Professionalism

My main focus is creating fun and enjoyable exercises classes for you to enjoy either face to face or online (or a combination of the two!) . 


I incorporate enjoyable fitness challenges and we'll guide and encourage you to make sustainable, long-term changes to your diet, getting rid of the jargon so you can start to understand how to make small changes that can make a huge impact to you how you feel.


With a wide selection of classes to choose from including Clubbercise combined with interactive and motivating posts, I  will help you stay motivated long term with our extensive programme of ladies only exercise classes. 

Your Success is My Goal

Adapting to a new exercise regime is hard! My goal is to change your view on health and fitness, so it becomes part of your lifestyle. 


I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle. 


I have sessions such as Clubbercise, aerobics, hand weights Freestyle Fitness Yoga, Walkfit as well as specific classes that will target problem areas like legs, tums and bums, and I've recently assed Flex (mobility and Stretch sessions) to my sessions too.
